We are pleased to announce Mathiesons Bakeries has been bought out of administration and is now part of Mathiesons Foods Ltd.

Mathiesons Foods Ltd is a newly formed company with a completely new management structure and is an amalgamation of James Allan Bakers, Murdoch Allan Bakeries and Mathiesons Bakeries.

Mathiesons Foods Ltd is now the largest independent privately owned Scottish bakery.
